Has been an active artist since the age of fifteen. Miss Tadeo began showing her oil paintings in 1987, but her true passion emerged with her works in soft pastel. Pastels are ideally suited to capturing fast impressions and the effects of light in Miss Tadeos unique vision of life. This is most apparent in her florals, landscapes, seascapes and portaraits. Elvias works also reflects  her interest and concern for the Enviroment & Indigenous People of  Mexico, her paintings are showed  all over the world, in Germany, England, France, Mexico & U.S.A.

Her mainly interest on founding T.R.I.F was to support, inform,  educate, and share her ideas with the world, a world she wishes to change with an Artist Colony in Cabo Colonet and with the   Art Miles Mural Proyect. Also support the Arts in Mexico & share it with the world.
